Engineers in Business Fellowship (EIBF) is the registered charity that promotes business education for engineers. It was founded in 2011 to fund the Sainsbury Management Fellows MBA Scholarships for engineers and other activities.

Members of Engineers in Business Fellowship (who are known as Sainsbury Management Fellows) have each received a Sainsbury Management Scholarship which enabled them to study for an MBA at a leadering international business school. The awards began in 1987 and are administered by the Royal Academy of Engineering and are funded by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation.

To guarantee the long-term future, EIBF is driving forward a fundraising campaign that will ensure the SMF scholarship scheme is self-sustaining and continues to support young engineers to undertake MBA degrees at the world’s best business schools.
